  • Do you have any bodily pains or aches? Was it a sudden cause of pain? Or has it been a long issues that has never gotten better? We help both immediate, “acute” pain (i.e., muscle strains and sprains) but also treat annoyingly consistent discomfort (i.e., low back pain/tightness, neck pain).

  • At the first visit, the hour session will typically be divided up with assessments/tests in the first 20-30 minutes, and hands-on treatment for the remaining time.

Our goals for your first visit:

    * Gain a clear understanding of exactly why you’re having these issues

    * Provide customized homework that’s specific to solving your problem. We don't practice cookie-cutter medicine here.

    * Set up 24/7 access to your therapist. We want you to have a clear channel of communication with your doctor during the entire process.

  • We’re an “Out-of-Network” provider which means we can bill your insurance, but how much your insurance will help cover the cost will depend on your specific coverage.

Depending on the amount of sessions you’re recommended by the doctor, and how high your deductible is, it may be more cost efficient to do our cash option

  • We work to minimize your out-of-pocket expense and ensure you’re getting the best possible rate for your specific plan of care. Depending on your insurance plan, and the amount of treatment you’ll need, it can be advantageous to do our cash prices for the biggest discount. We’ll always be transparent and work with you to come up with the best financial plan for you.

  • Our initial evaluation and single session rate is $199.

Our 5 session package is $180 per session

Our 8 session package is $170 per session

Our 12 session package is $160 per session

If you do an initial evaluation, and then later decide to purchase a package, we can prorate it into the package. We also offer 3 month installment plans for all packages.

  • We pride ourselves with really taking our time to understand not only your injury, but more importantly, you as a person. What are your goals? How is this injury preventing you from doing what you love?

In a time where a typical healthcare visit lasts 15-30 minutes, we spend a full hour with each patient for every visit. We want to really listen and understand your unique situation so that we can create a plan that is specific to you.

We are also constantly communicating with you, especially outside of the appointment because we truly care about your outcome. We aren’t just thinking about you while you’re in here, we’re thinking about you ALL THE TIME. We get so excited for our patients to become pain-free and get back to doing the things they love to do.

  • Please wear something comfortable that you can move in. All of our doctors are experts in evaluating movements, so we’ll need you to wear something you would wear to go running or to the gym.

  • Not anymore! Well, the law doesn’t require it. However, a few insurance plans still do require it. We can check your benefits for you to make sure.

  • All of our appointments are an hour long, which is spent entirely with the physical therapist. We do not use aides here, so that you can get the most out of your time with us and get better as soon as possible.
