Steve, a Michigan native, graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in exercise science and was also a member of the men’s ice hockey team. From there, he went to the University of Michigan where he received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Mitchell’s career has led him to work with a wide variety of athletes ranging from youth, high school, collegiate and professional levels. His main passion has always been with ice hockey, however, he enjoys seeing all types of athletes. Steve is an avid surfer, golfer, mountain biker, hiker, woodworker, and reader in his free time.
Professionally, Steve is certified in Neurokinetic Therapy, performance of Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA), and utilizing a variety of manual and tool assisted therapy techniques to provide the best treatment possible.
