In 2015, Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology and Sports Psychology from Pepperdine University. He began his career of Personal Training at Pepperdine in 2014 where he worked with students as well as faculty. He helped create the foundation of the “Waves of Change” program that incorporated exercise, nutrition, and stress management for faculty members.
Working as a physical therapy aide and trainer in a Sports Physical Therapy clinic, Kyle learned the importance of quality movement and the impact that can have on preventing injuries as well as improving people’s quality of life.
His main focus is to continually support as well as challenge clients to learn the principles of movement and create good movement habits that can be applied to all aspects of life. Through exercise and daily practice people can gain a greater bodily awareness, which will lead to a more fulfilling, pain-free life.
